Lovely spacious hotel, near to the city centre, with lovely pool for the children.
Pros:

A very decent spacious hotel

Cons:

due to the room location (may be?) we constantly get cigarette smoke smell coming into the room. Quite uncomfortable because we cannot open the windows to ventilate the room (windows are shut for safety reasons).

Pros:

It was just for one night and we had our whole family with us. Size of hotel room was great. Albeit the design was a bit old, everything else was perfection. Service rendered was great. Aisyah and the other Indian lady was super helpful upon our late arrival.

Cons:

Nothing could be better. You may be an old hotel, but the service given was one of the best - better than some other bigger names hotel.

Bad experience
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Swimming pool was under maintenance and we were not informed earlier.the kids were very disappointed and it spoiled our whole trip's plan.
Table tennis activity wasn't available too.
Water pressure in the toilets were bad and too slow/little.
Wi-Fi for room 127 wasn't working at all, is it because it was right at the end?
We had a very bad experience and hope this can be compensated to some extent.
Reception staff wasn't aware of amenities/food around the hotel area.

Pros:

The rooms are very clean. Recently refurbished. Bathrooms are huge and modern. Styling is a bit outdated, but everything's new except for the fridge. I guess it's still working so why change them, right. All other furniture were new. Even the walls looked recently painted.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit soft for me. They're new, but the firmness is not to my preference. Some other people might like medium firmness like that.
