Pros:

The location is ok, its near by the sea, not bad view

Cons:

First of all this is not a hotel, so be careful.
The owner will send you a password to open the keybox.
The building is old and poorly maintenance, like the floor was wet, the hallway was dark.
Inside the room looked clean in first thought, but my wife realized bugs all around, like ants and others.
I will never stay at this place, and strongly recommend not to.

Pros:

Breath taking view of the ocean as soon as you enter the unit. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

No Iron, no air condition, no kettle, no microwave.

spacious and too big for couple 😂 its good when woke up, have sea view. near to teluk batik beach.
