Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Dereva Hotel! From the warm welcome to the friendly staff and comfortable rooms, everything made me feel at home. Beau décors, belle piscine, beau bar/resto.
Pros:

Le devanture ne reflète pas du tout les chambres à 80€, la piscine ferme à 19h00, pour une arrivée. 18h00=trop court.
La chambre ressemblait comme les autres autour, à des cellules de prison.
Mais le personnel était très sympa, ce qui n’a rien changé à notre nuit.

La chambre lamentable pour 80€

The place has a fantastic breakfast and nice swimming pool. The staff is very polite.

Pros:

The outside and common areas of the hotel are beautiful, and pleasant. The breakfast is great and the staff is very nice. Pillows were great.

Cons:

The rooms themselves were in need of renovation for about 20 years ago, specially the bathrooms, from mirrows to shower. In addition, the bathrooms were very dirty, they are clearly never desinfected properly and the shower area has dirt marks of previous clients. The tile, once white are now yellow....

Nice stopover on the way to Akagera
Pros:

It’s a spacious hotel area with clean and well maintained rooms, a lively pool area and great staff who do really take care of you.
