Pros:

Breakfast was good, nothing special, but over the 3 nights there were variations. The hotel itself was clean, staff new english quite well (we experienced hotel nearby that noone knew english and could not really help us), I had company invoice and everything was filled correctly, and there was complimentary dates and saudi coffee at the reception.

Cons:

Location was not perfect as it is right next to 4 lane road - it was sometimes noisy - and also there are constructions going around. Also, there were strange switches on the wall which did not have any purpose - no light was turned on/off - we had a little minigame to find out what it was for.

They lost one of belongings in the laundry I gave them three pieces and the only returned two and when I asked them about it they dismissed me and said I only gave them two pieces to begin with
