Muy amena
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, también la estancia está limpia y cómoda, sin duda volveré.

Cons:

No hay estacionamiento propio pero como es la zona del centro puedes encontrar en las zona

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. Really good people.

Cons:

The smells in number 5. The air perfume spay was overwhelming. I forgot to cover the shower drain one night, the smell made me gag.the room needs to be refurbished. I understand they are in process.

Wonderful time to relax and rest.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing, it was close to the malecon. Rafael , the front desk, was so sweet and wonderful.

La ubicación, personal amable, seguro

Cons:

La temperatura del agua de la regadera o muy caliente o muy fría, no se puede regular a gusto del huesped; además no tienen estacionamiento y es difícil para mover a una persona en silla de ruedas, como fue nuestro caso, pero lo compenso la amabilidad y disponibilidad del recepcionista Rafael.

Cons:

No tenían agua caliente preguntamos y solo nos dijeron que debía salir pero nunca salio y por la temporada que visitamos la paz el agua estaba saliendo demasiado fría, la actitud del personal no era muy amable que digamos!!
