Not good, staff stopped responding.

Cons:

Property stopped responding before check-in. I was unable to visit this property. I contacted Booking.com and they said the host was not responding either. Lost my deposit.

Cons:

Que no tienen adecuadamente la información de sus políticas de limitaciones y clasificación solo adultos, es la primer vez que me niegan hacer check in por ir con mi sobrino, aún cuando notifique en la app que acudíamos un menor y un adulto, pese a que la app tiene toda mi información.

La atencio de las recepcionista muy mal, contestaban muy golpiado y con enfado.

La regadera no sirve tiene mucho sarro por lo tanto No salia agua caliente y muy poquita fria.

Tiene una barra pero no se puede comer por qué las sillas quedan hasta abajo

Para pedir unas plancha tuve que dejar depósito

Para pedir un desayuno a la habitación tenía que bajar hasta recepción para primero pagar

En el estacionamiento hay elevador pero no hay nadie atendiendo y no funciona, así que tuve que cargar todas mis maletas y subiendo las escaleras

EL RESTAURANTE BIEN, PERO SOLO TIENEN UNA SOLA PERSONA ATENDIENDO, LA CHCA QUE TOMA LA ORDEN CREO Q ES LA MISMA Q PREPARA Y SE TARDO MUCHO CON LOS ALIMENOS, SI ESTUVIERON BIEN, PERO TIENEN UN HORARIO MUY LIMITADO, ME PARECE QUE DE 8 DE LA MAÑANA A 10 Y SE ACABO EL DESAYUNO.

LAS CAMAS MUY DURAS, SOLICITAMOS UNA COBIJA EXTRA LA CUAL NUNCA LLEGÓ, LA PERSONA ENCARGADE DE HACER ELCHECK IN SE TARDÓ MUCHISIMO PORQ AL PARECER NO SABE COMO UTILIZAR LA APLICACION, LE MOSTRÉ TODO LO NECESARIO PERO NO SABÍA DONDE CORROBORAR LOS DATOS ETC. Y TODAVIA NOS ATENDIÓ DE MALA GANA. ESTA MUY BASICO Y AL PARECER TAMBIEN ES MOTEL, ES UN POCO INCOMODO IR CON LA FAMILIA Y QUE TENGA LA DOBLE FUNCION.

el colchón cubierto de plástico y las sabanas parecían de papel y bueno tomando en cuanta que es un hotel de paso y no un hotel confortable, mucho ruido, muy austero, no había toalla de manos, el papel muy corriente, el internet muy malo, la luz tenue. una experiencia desagradable, la estancia, el personal de recepción poco cordial

Me agrado que el lugar es limpio y las camas son cómodas, había agua calientita y lo básico. Las chicas de limpieza fueron temprano a limpiar, muy agradables.

Cons:

Que estaba muy lejos de todo, no había tiendas. El restaurant estaba cerrado por un evento privado. Pedimos comida y nos dijeron que mas noche. Para salir a comer nos quedaba lejos todo. Está muy solitario
