It is a comfortable hotel and the manager was very helpful and collected us from the train station. The room had a coffee making machine.

Small but very clean and comfortable
Pros:

This hotel is quite small but very comfortable and clean and was fine for the 3 nights that 2 of us spent there. It had air conditioning which doubled as an effective heater, good for chilly nights. It’s a manageable walk to the centre of town and the El Chepe railway station. It has a very small reception and no restaurant but there are some good places to eat in town

Cons:

The hotel was situated amongst garages and shops away from the main streets. The reception was often empty and we did not find it easy to contact the minimal staff. We were not aware of the advertised balcony and garden, or mountain and city views.

Estuvimos varios dias con amigos y todo estivo muy bien
Pros:

El hotel aunque no se encuentra en la calle principal está muy cerca del centro, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el personal fue muy amable
