Pros:

The location near to the industrial area give me less headache for travelling to and fro. Lots of foods around. Peaceful at night not much noise.

Pros:

Nearby to eateries & convenient stores.

Cons:

Packed & checked-out around 12.30noon.
The counter staff(male) charged me rm50 for late check out but i refused.
He eventually returned back my rm100 deposit.
