Ok to stay but i would rush.
Pros:

There was no breakfast, the room was quite. The shower was good and fresh. Nice location near bus station.

Cons:

The view ws with no windows, when providing a kettle with water the bottle was only 250 ml, the coffee was a cheap cheap coffee packet that the coffee was black like tar, no tea was provided as they said it ran out, i was there for 4 days. need to up grade the drinks facilities, so i brought my own. no place to hang clothes other than two coat hangers over the coffee area and no storage to put anything else. Mosquitos were in the room and had to put the air con on to get them away, language barrier with cleaner.
if you staying one night then the price should be cheaper as the pictures not the same as it looks.
need a food store nearby.

Like the hotel with good look, comfortable bed and with lots of parking around.

Cons:

The room could be more cleaner. I saw lizards dropping.
