The size of the room and its unique design. Loved the fireplace. It was in a convenient location. The lovely welcome treats: coffee, water decanter, sweet treats and even some raicilla.
It was hard to find because there was no sign, no major entrance. For the price point, it would have been nice to have a microwave. The wifi was weak.

We got the room with the balcony and loved it. The bathroom seemed new and was very nice. The character of the room was cute. Staff were very responsive and helpful.
The room was much smaller than we thought it would be from the photos on booking.
We were looking forward to the fireplace but it wasn’t working when we arrived - we texted the staff then they told us it wasn’t working.
It's a historic building from the 1700s that has been converted to a hotel with antique pieces and mordern conveniences, like a jetted tub/shower. Great location. Opt for a balcony room if available.
Maybe it's intended as an understatement, but there's no signage to identify the hotel or the reception room.
It was. Easy to access in the heart of town. Relatively quiet in the evening and night. Really comfortable room and beds. Clean, great utilities, close to everything.
