Great but noisy
Pros:

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms, good security, and hot water. Good location, if you want to be in the Golden Zone.

Cons:

The window between our room and the street did not block sound at all. Every night was a struggle to fall asleep given the noisy neighborhood. The busy location was a double edged sword, as it was fun to walk outside right to the main street, but not fun to hear traffic though the night. The hotel should invest in better, sound-proof windows.
