Seulement la propreté de ses chambres

Cons:

La climatisation centrale dans les couloirs qui ramènent vers les chambres était glacée et loin de la température des chambres et de la ville.
J’ai eu une forte fièvre et grippe à cause de cela

إقامة رائعة ومريحة، وأنصح بها بشدة لكل من يزور المدينة.

الموقع ممتاز جدًا بجانب الحرم مباشرة، تسجيل الدخول والخروج كان سريع، والموظفين متعاونين وبشوشين. الغرفة نظيفة وواسعة والإطلالة جميلة.

Except for its location every thing else was poor.
Pros:

The reception was a non event. We had to wait for the only staff who was not available on the counter. He did not even say sorry.

Cons:

The Bathroom had a broken toilet seat and had to be manually adjusted. Not enough towels for three persons. When we asked for some plates and cutlery we were told you have to pay extra for that.

Pros:

القرب من الحرم النبوي

Cons:

1- رشاش الماء بدورة المياه كان فيه خلل حيث عند استخدامه يجب ان انتظر عدة ثواني حتى يتوقف الماء عن التدفق
2- مكينة القهوة غير نظيفة و رائحتها ظاهرة
3- شباك الغرفة كان متسخ جداً من فضلات الطيور
رائحة الغرفة دخان مع العلم ان الغرف لغير المدخنين
