Pros:

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold og der var intet dårligt. Vi var lidt skeptiske efter at have læst anmeldelserne, men vores oplevelse var helt omvendt. Vi fik et stort og flot værelse og endda en opgradering med en god udsigt. Værelset var helt rent og fint og der var hele tiden rengøringspersonale tilgængeligt. Personalet var meget flinke, især stort tak til receptionisten, Muhammad for at tage godt imod os.

Hotellet er kun ca. 20 skridt fra Masjid-Nabawi (pbuh) og har også en indgang inde fra et shopping center, så du kan tage elevatoren nærmest direkte fra værelset og ned til et supermarked der har alt.

Cons:

Intet - jeg kan ikke genkende de dårlige anmeldelser nogle folk har lavet her, alt var godt.

Pros:

قرب الفندق من الحرم ميزة رائعة جدًا، لدرجة أنك تشعر وكأنك داخل الحرم تمامًا. من أجمل اللحظات أن تسمع الأذان من غرفتك، ثم تنزل لتكون في الحرم خلال أقل من دقيقة. تجربة تبعث على الطمأنينة والراحة.
أشكر جميع القائمين على إدارة الفندق على حسن التنظيم والاهتمام، وأخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال مازن القائدي على تعاونه ومرونته، كما أشكر طاقم النظافة على سرعة استجابتهم، وفريق خدمة الغرف على جهودهم. جزاكم الله خيرًا وبارك فيكم.

الفندق من أقدم وأعرق الفنادق في المدينة، ويتميز بأصالته وتاريخه، أما الأثاث فهو بطابع تقليدي وقد يحتاج لبعض التجديد.

الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم النبوى ولكن مرافقه قديمة وتحتاج تجديد

قريب جدا من أبواب النساء بالحرم النبوي الشريف

1- الفندق و مرافقه قديمة يحتاج الى تجديد كامل
2ـ الفندق به عدد 2 برج الاول مطلة ع المدينة وهو قديم و أشبه بالشعبى
و الآخر مطل على الحرم وهو انظف بعض الشيء
ولا يخبرك أحد أثناء الحجز أين تقع غرفتك بدقة باى برج
3- لا توجد سراير كينج لكن كلها عبارة عن سريرين صغيرين يتم ضمهم لبعض تنقلنا بين اكثر من غرفة ولكن لم نجد سرير كينج حقيقى مطابق لحجزنا
4- الإطلالة فى الاغلب لا تتوفر على الحرم النبوى
5- اضافة الإفطار أو اى وجبة يكون مكلف جدا

Very poor, would not recommend.
Pros:

The good thing about the property is the location, the masjid is on your doorstep.

Cons:

It is a catfish hotel , nothing like the pictures. There is a weird smell and a damp feeling in the room at all times. We even changed rooms and same thing. They charged us a lot for a room with a view which came a view of wall.

Une mauvaise architecture intérieure pour pour les accès aux chambres.
Un accueil très désagréable du réceptionniste au Check in .
Une différence de prix énorme entre la réservation en euros et le paiement en RYAL. ( une conversion exhaustive).
