افضل خيار لزوار المدينة ممن معهم نساء
Pros:

الموقع اروع شي بالقرب من مصلى النساء وبالاسفل محلات واسواق بن داود الغرف نظيفة. مريحة باردة

Cons:

ماء الحمام وبالاخص الشاور صعب تضبيط الحرارة
عدم وجود مطاعم كثيرة حول الفندق ولكن يوجد داخل الفنادق القريبة مثل مطعم الزيتون

قربه من المسجد المبوي

Cons:

خدمة الغرف في النظافه وضعت الورقه ع السرير لتغيير لحاف السرير وكان متسخ وضع كما هو ع السرير وباب الغرفه ودش الحمام تحتاج صيانه نحن 3 اشخاص و3 اسره تم وضع اثنين سليبر وكذلك فرش الاسنا ومستلزمات النظافه

لا تنخدع بهذا الفندق بسبب اطلالته على الساحة فظاهره لا يعكس باطنه

هذا الفندق كان لي معه تجربة قديمة مميزة ولهذا حجزت السكن فيه وتفاجأت بتردي مستوى الخدمة فيه وقدم الأثاث وعدم مهنية الموظفين فقد تعرضت لمشكلة عند تسجيل الدخول وقد قدمت في ساعة متأخرة من الليل حيث أعطى الموظف خالد رقما للغرفة غير صحيح ودونه على الكرت وتم نقل أغراضي من قبل العامل ورميها أمام باب غرفة لا تخصني طبعا الذي سجله الموظف خالد وكنت سأقع في موقف محرج جدا بالدخول على ساكن الغرفة أو على الأقل ازعاجه من النوم بمحاولة فتح باب غرفته كما أن العامل لم ينتظر قدومي بالرغم من عدم وجود أي أحد آخر منشغل معه ومكثت أكثر من نصف الساعة لتصحيح هذا الخطأ الفادح من قبل موظف الاستقبال خالد كما أن الغرفة لا يوجد بها أي موقد سواء غاز أو كهرباء بحجة منع الدفاع المدني !!! كما أن خدمة التنظيف ودورات المياه سيئة جدا
