Pros:

The Hotel was in a prime location, just 2 meters to the Masjid Nabwi. The rooms were clean, nice to look at and we'll maintained overall. The staff was 10/10, Mr Sohaib at the reception was amazing, very helpful and helped us out. The room service on 5th floor of Tower B was also quick and great. Would definitely come back if Allah Wills it.

Cons:

The parking was SAR120/day.

Pros:

The support staff at the desk was good. My credit card could not be processed and the hotel canceled the booking which I was a surprise to me. However was able to make another reservation l.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but most of the items were repeated everyday.

موقع الفندق، فريق الاستقبال متعاون لابعد الحدود، الاطلالة رائعة جدا، الخدمات حول الفندق متوفرة ، الهدوء ، الدخول والخروج سلس جدا، مصاعد كثيرة متوفرة ،

Cons:

الفندق في الدور العاشر فيه رائحة المطعم ولكن لا تصل لباقي الغرف، فقط اذا توقف المصعد في الدور العاشر فان الرائحه قوية، الحمام ضيق
