الفندق ممتاز ويستاهل الإقامة، لكن نتمنى الإدارة تراجع مستوى خدمة العملاء في الاستقبال.

تجربة الإقامة بصفة عامة كانت ممتازة!
الإيجابيات القوية: الفندق نظيف ونظافة الغرف تحديدًا أكثر من ممتازة. وجبة الفطار (الإفطار) كانت رائعة، ولازم أوجه شكر خاص للشيف أحمد، اللي بجد كان قمة في الذوق والمهنية والأخلاق. تعامله بيفرق كتير في التجربة.

Cons:

• التعليق السلبي الوحيد: موظف الاستقبال حمدي. للأسف، ما ارتحناش في التعامل معاه إطلاقًا. حسيت إن طريقته مش مناسبة لوظيفة استقبال فندق ولا تصلح للتعامل المباشر مع النزلاء.
