Mi hanno alzato il prezzo mesi dopo la prenotazione.
Ovviamente così facendo anche gli altri prezzi delle strutture (quelle rimaste) erano più alti e non tutti disponibili.
Booking provava a contattarli ma non rispondevano.
quando siamo arrivati li, con l'idea di pagare di più, la struttura non aveva camere!
A capodanno, letteralmente lasciate in mezzo alla strada.

El alojamiento tenía piscina y servía desayuno. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Además te ponen jabón para el baño.

Cons:

El alojamiento te da una llave de tu habitación, pero por la noche cierran la puerta de la entrada principal con llave, y tienes que llamar al propietario para que te abra. No me parece nada cómodo ni privado que tenga que estar llamando a nadie para abrir. El alojamiento debería proporcionar esa llave a los huéspedes si quieren cerrar con llave, o simplemente dejar abierto. Para mí fue molesto. Tampoco me gustó que no hubieran mosquiteros en las camas, hay muchos mosquitos y por la noche te acaban picando..

I strongly advise against staying at Kalu Marissa and want to warn others.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, where a man who introduced himself as the owner was waiting for us. It turned out that there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room — it was very cold and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. We went out to get something to eat to give them time to fix it. When we came back, nothing had been repaired. The man was very annoyed that we were “creating a problem” and that we wanted to change hotels. He said he didn’t care about the money, and then started checking what we had used in the hotel. The owner was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. During our entire stay, the host ignored us and did not speak to us at all. It was the first time we experienced such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. At the end, we paid by card, and only afterwards noticed that the stay had not actually taken place — it had been rejected by the host. Booking.com was informed about the situation. I strongly advise against staying at Kalu Marissa and want to warn others.

Good location nice and quiet. Room size was good.

Cons:

Owners dog always around when sat outside on patio! Bed wasn't very comfortable. Shower was weak. Fridge was warm on arrival

La habitación era amplia, la cama cómoda y un buen desayuno

Cons:

Relación calidad precio nos pareció caro. El hotel estaba bastante dejado. La pintura del techo de la habitación se estaba cayendo. Había manchas en el sofá y en un asiento de la habitación. Había humedades y el aspecto era deteriorado para el potencial que tiene.

Quiet comfortable accommodation short walk to the beach
Pros:

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. As it wasn't booked out, we picked a downstairs room into the pool, which was really nice. The breakfast provided was good. The staff were really friendly, and someone was always close by if we needed anything. It was located down a back alley which meant it was really private and quiet, but only a five minute walk down to the beach and dozens of restaurants.

Cons:

The couch was a little run down. The internet dropped out for a day but the owners were chasing it up all day and giving us updates whenever they saw us.

Nice hotel and staff, great location for the beautiful beach.
Pros:

Our room was fine although lacking in storage places and no suitcase stands. Lady staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice. 5 minutes to the beach. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The pool is more like a large bath : too small.
