حسن استقبال الموظفين واحترافيتهم في التعامل، وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ عبدالرحمن العتيبي والأستاذ محمد صالح، لما قدماه من تعامل راقٍ يعكس مستوى عالياً من الاهتمام بالنزيل.

التواصل الاستباقي مع النزلاء عبر الاتصال للاستفسار عن مستوى خدمات التنظيف وقياس مدى الرضا عنها، مما يعكس حرص الفندق على التحسين المستمر والاستماع إلى آراء العملاء.

الضيافة المميزة التي تبدأ من المساء وحتى ما بعد صلاة العشاء، حيث يتم تقديم القهوة العربية مع التمر، بالإضافة إلى مشروب الكرك البارد، وهي لفتة جميلة تعكس كرم الضيافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. كما أود الإشادة بالموظف المسؤول عن تقديم الضيافة، والذي لا يحضرني اسمه، فقد كان بشوشاً ولطيفاً في تعامله، وأسهم بابتسامته وحسن استقباله في ترك انطباع إيجابي مميز.

آمل من إدارة الفندق إعادة تقييم هذه الرسوم، بحيث تكون مواقف السيارات مجانية لنزلاء الفندق، أو في حال تعذر ذلك، تحديد رسوم رمزية ومعقولة لا تتجاوز 24 ريالاً لليوم، بما يسهم في تعزيز رضا النزلاء وتحسين تجربتهم.

جيده ولن تتكرر بسبب الموقع لان لدي اطفال وكبار سن

تعامل الموظفين وبالاخص الاخ عبدالرزاق

لم يتم توضيح ان المكان لا يناسب كبار السن والاطفال لانه على مرتفع وصعب الوصول للفندق بالنسبه لهم والباص لا يحضر في الوقت وتم ابلاغ ادارة الفندق شاكرين ونظافة الغرف غير جيده وتم تبديل غرفه لهذا السبب
