Pros:

الفندق جميل، الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الحرم المكي الشريف (دقيقتين مشي فقط وتكون على بلاط الحرم، 4 دقائق وتكون داخل التوسعة الغربية)، التعامل جداً راقي، خصوصاً السيد حازم في الاستقبال، السيد محمد الأمين والسيد Kafirul SK في خدمة الغرف، والرائع السيد عبد المجيد مسؤول الضيافة.

Cons:

بالرغم من قرب الفندق من الحرم المكي الشريف، الفندق يوفر باص نقل خاص به، لكن لم نعلم بذلك إلا بعد يومين، الحاجة للنقل بالباص تكون في أول يوم بعد الوصول للفندق عند الذهاب لأداء العمرة والعودة للفندق. لو تم إخبارنا من قبل لكان هناك توفير كبير في الجهد.
ملاحظة: يوجد انحدار في الشارع قبل الفندق، مما يجعل المشي صعبا على كبار السن.

A Stay Worth Remembering
Pros:

بصراحة تجربتي في فندق تلال الكعبة كانت من التجارب اللي استمتعت فيها خصوصًا إني سبق واشتغلت في مجال الفنادق وأعرف إن التفاصيل الصغيرة هي اللي تفرق فعلًا في تجربة الضيف

من أول دخولي للفندق إلى نهاية الإقامة كل شيء كان مرتب وسلس والأجمل من كذا إن الفريق كان حريص على راحة الضيف مو بس على تنفيذ الخدمة وخلاص

وحاب أشكر الإدارة بشكل خاص على الـ upgrade من الغرفة إلى Suite كانت لفتة جميلة جدًا وخلت الإقامة لها طعم مختلف خصوصًا إن الـ Suite كانت مريحة وواسعة والتفاصيل فيها واضحة

وبرضو حاب أوجه شكر خاص للأستاذة عزة السنوسي المدير المناوب على تواصلها بعد الإقامة وسؤالها عن التجربة بكل اهتمام بالنسبة لي كضيف مجرد إن المسؤول يتواصل بنفسه ويسأل عن تجربتك هذا بحد ذاته يعطي إحساس إن رأي الضيف فعلًا يفرق عندكم

والشيء اللي لفتني أكثر إن السؤال ما كان مجرد إجراء أو feedback وخلاص حسيت فيه اهتمام حقيقي بالتجربة وهذا شيء أقدره جدًا خصوصًا بحكم خلفيتي في الفنادق وأعرف قد إيش هالتفاصيل الصغيرة تصنع فرق كبير

وفي نقطة ثانية حاب أذكرها لأن غالبًا الضيف يشوف الموظف اللي قدامه في الاستقبال أو المطعم ويشكره وينسى الناس اللي ورا الكواليس اللي يمكن ما يشوفهم أصلًا لكنهم جزء أساسي من كل شيء يصير قدامه هذولا بالنسبة لي هم الجنود المجهولين في الفندق لأن الضيف يمكن ما يعرف أسماءهم ولا يشوف شغلهم لكن أثر شغلهم يكون واضح في كل تفصيلة من تجربته

فشكرًا لكل شخص كان موجود خلف الكواليس وساهم في إن إقامتي تطلع بهالشكل سواء كان في الإدارة أو المكاتب أو التشغيل أو أي قسم ما أقدر أشوفه كضيف لأن بالنهاية التجربة الحلوة ما يصنعها شخص واحد وإنما فريق كامل يشتغل مع بعض

شكرًا للأستاذة عزة ولكل فريق تلال الكعبة على حسن التعامل والاهتمام والضيافة الجميلة كانت إقامة قصيرة لكن التجربة كانت تستاهل الإشادة وإن شاء الله ما تكون آخر زيارة

إقامة سعيدة في فندق جميل في مكة المكرمة ويستاهل الزيارة ثاني مرة

مكان الفندق جميل وهادي وبالقرب من المسجد الحرام تقريبا مشي من 10 دقائق إلى 8 دقائق الموظفين جدا جدا محترمين ويخدمون الناس المرافق ممتازة السرير كان جدا مريح لنوم والفندق هادي مافيه إزعاج المطعم الفطور كان جدا جدا ممتاز

الطريق المسجد الحرام بمكة المكرمة في صعوبة بالرجوع طبعا الذهاب نزول العودة طلوع مشي طبعا والإطلالة على المسجد الحرام بمكة المكرمة ماهي كاملة جزء بسيط جدا طبعا لا يذكر مواقف السيارات إذا تحت الفندق بفلوس حسب إفادة موظف الفندق تقريبا اليوم 250 ريال وأنت حاجز من غير فلوس الحجز زيادة

نبدأ بموظف الأمن الذي استقبلنا من البوابه بشكل لائق و محترم لكن لم يحضرني اسمه و لكن كان في نفس الشفت مع استاذ محمد و استاذة عزة ( و غالبا هو من شفت الصباح )
و بعدها حامل الشنط الأستاذ محمد فائق الأحترام و الأحتراف في عمله
و من ثم الأستاذة عزة موظفة الاستقبال و استقبلتنا بكل لطف و طيب خاطر

إقامة رائعة ومريحة جداً وسأكرر التجربة بالتأكيد.
