Las camas son demasiadas duras tambien las almohadas, las paredes son muy delgadas puedes escuchar lo que hacen en las habitaciones

Mala actitud, en la atención, me comunique para confirmar la reserva y la persona que me contestó no mal molesto, enojado me dijo que se atendía recepción de niños, no me dejaba cancelar que porque ya se había hecho la reservación y le dije como me quedo si no me permiten niños no me justifico la cancelación me dijo que aún así había que pagar un cargo cuando yo anticipé mis motivos justificables de cancelación..

Su actitud negativa, persona muy cerrada ha buscar una solución a la situación.
