تجريه لان تتكرر في المكان ولكن موظفين الاستقبال كانوا جدا محترمين ومتعاونين

I like the location and staff but not the overall experience.

The staff are very helpful

Cons:

Many things : room is tiny and bed is very large relativly, paper cups were over, tea and coffee was put in the paper cup instead of being on a tray, no tooth paste and tooth brush, no slippers, no space for prayer and no prayer carpet. Gym is very small

فندق مناسب للي وجوده بين الخبر والدمام

لا يوجد لوبي أو كوفي، رغم توفر صالة رياضية، وكان من المفترض توفير مساحة مخصصة للاستراحة وتقديم القهوة والشاي والوجبات الخفيفة.

Pros:

This is my second time at the Ottoman and it was the whole package that gravitated me back to the hotel, and yet again they never let me down.
Reception. Easy and friendly check in. My first check in was at 3am and reception was very accommodating and sped through the check in so I could rest 👍 this time was 11am and again very easy check in.
Room. Clean and tidy and cleaned daily and equipped as advertised.
Facilities. Gym is more than adequate for you stay
Laundry Room was spacious and well equipped.
Staff. Well I can’t say enough about the staff from the minute you walk in you are warmly welcome and reception is available 25hours. House keeping team are amazing special thanks to Arthur, Al, Aashish and Suman who all made my stay enjoyable.
Value for money. Absolutely
I will be back in Dammam soon and I am positive I will return to the Ottoman 👍
