From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A cash deposit of MYR 25 per room is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that early check-ins from 7:00 until 14:00 will incur an extra charge of MYR 54. Early check-ins before 7:00 will incur an additional one night's room charge. (Subject to availability) Please note that late check-outs after 12:00 will incur an extra charge of MYR 54 for every 4 hours of extension and part thereof. Very convenient as had many shops to eat relax
The toilet the towel rack was rusty

The location is good, the heater hot water around 10min then automatic turn to cold water, the aircond very hard to tune temperature not conformtable

Receptionist was friendly and helpful! You may need to be able to speak Malay though.
Room leaves very much to be desired. Sheets were stained with lizard shit, cobwebs in room, still some cigarette smoke smell, mould in room and particularly bad in the toilet. Broken Aircon pipe was leaking non stop.
Did not dare touch the cutlery at all as it was stained with lizard shit.
Provided body foam was stale.

Although hotel claims to have Wi-fi, no signal at all. Given today's standard, this is not acceptable.
I needed a place near the Tuas checkpoint as I still needed to drive back to Singapore daily. So I needed a place near Tuas checkpoint.
The first room that we got was huge but it was right beside some exhaust from the building just next to it. So it was quite noisy. After a few days, the door lock got problem and they were able to let us change to another room immediately.
Wifi - We stayed at level 3 and the Wifi is bad. Really bad.
Aircon - It was at least cold enough, so that is the saving grace.
There was no fridge in the room. Toilet was bare minimum. Bed was passable.
The biggest selling point of this hotel is the location. It has many shops selling food, shops like 7-11, phone shops, clinic, pharmacy, car workshop, etc within walking distance. Generally, one would feel relatively safe walking there as there are many people in the area. You can see families walking around and eating there.
If you are just looking for a place to maybe eat, rest, sleep and near the Tuas checkpoint, can consider this place.
Wifi was bad. Could not get connected at all properly. I feedback to the staff there but they told me that they have already informed the boss but nothing was being done to improve it. So if you are staying there, do get your own phone SIM card. Which one could get one with decent connection speed for about RM$30-$40.
