water dispenser malfunction, unable to get cold water, only lukewarm water came out
1) A deposit was required upon check-in
2) Even though I informed the host of my arrival time in advance, I still had to wait around 15 minutes in the lobby to receive the access card.
3) When I raised the issue that there was no proper blanket for the bed, the host kept insisting that a “soft blanket” was provided. However, there was only one thin piece — more like a towel than a blanket — and it was only for one bed; the other single bed had no blanket at all. Instead of resolving the issue in a professional manner, the communication came across as defensive and blaming, suggesting that it was my fault for not requesting a blanket. This kind of response made the whole experience feel like poor customer service, as a basic request was turned into unnecessary pressure instead of being addressed with a simple solution.
