Timez Business Hotel

Overrall are good and clean but need some improvement. The towels may be used too long abit smelly need to change and the ceiling are leaking need to repair.

The bathroom not really clean. Still can see the remaining soap stick on the wall.

Hello. I would like to formally report my experience at Timez Business Hotel, Cheras.

The check-in process was smooth, and my Queen Deluxe room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean with strong water pressure.

However, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and did not provide sufficient cooling. This made the room very uncomfortable, and I had difficulty sleeping. I even had to use my own mini fan throughout the night.

This is unacceptable for a room of this category. I request that the hotel take immediate action to address this issue and ensure it does not happen to future guests.

Room is clean, everything is good, just the table is old and feel unpleasant when u saw some cockroaches crawling here and there

Impress with this hotel, really comfortable during my stay, clean and staff also super friendly and helpful. Sure will repeat again if i come to cheras and holiday in melaka. Excellent hotel and recommended.

The pillows are soft, I like them, but I only got two pillows because I came with my husband, two children and one grandchild. The toilets are clean and good, the conditions are very good and I I like their employees, they serve me well and are friendly, the best and nicest.

Overall satisfied however need some improvement. No mirror in the room. Must have mirror for easy used. No hook on wall to hang something useful. Must have 2 chairs for 2 person. Need to sit during eating or chatting with each other. Can not control the light.

Service was good… Room was clean, not smelly .. only the towel a bit old n yellowed .. I book last minute and the stuff follow up by WhatsApp’s what time I arrive hotel 👍🏼 shd provide some essential in the room like toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo and body shampoo

Clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Timez Hitel exceeded my expectations. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. Friendly staff. Timez Hotel are comfortable and reasonably priced.

It was my second time stayed at the hotel. The place comfy and got hotshower. The prices also affordable. The location also very good. Got plenty of restaurants nearby. MRT Batu 11 is just a kilometer away. The only complaint is the sound of unknown early in the morning. I guess the cleaner vacuum the next room. If possible, do it after 8 am.

All of d staffs here really friendly n helpful…Easy to find foods n stuffs even at night since its all located within walking distance from this hotel……………………………………………………………………..
But those fancy shops located opposite so need to cross d road

Rooms are clean and comfortable . Location Is very convenient and lots of food and restaurant . Every time am in Kuala Lumpur will book this hotel and I have stayed many times . Staff are friendly and definitely recommend to my friend to stay in Timez

Room 105
1. Water tap not in food condition, need to fix it
2. WC water insufficient water to flash.
3. Room without mirror for make up.
4. Can hear next door noise. Can't sleep at night.
5. Need a small light in toilet easy for night time need to go to toilet

Good location and good environment, very convenient to looking the food. Nearby got many retail stores, you could spend whole day just by walk to search everything at this location. Distance ten minutes surrounding hotel,you can get everything u need.

i'm visit here for every week due to business matters. very easy yo access, many shops and bank around. the room is very clean.nak makan pon senang ada 7e family mart.jenis yang suka berjimat ada speedmart 99.

The pillows are very clean and tidy..it look very cozy too..the staff in balakong Timez was very polite, helpful and friendly too👍👍👍the place nearby have many food shops and a mall too.. is very convenient. Next time i will pay another visit too.love it😘😘🤩🤩

Room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Stay location is perfect as there are many nearby shops, restraurant, cafe and some other facilities. There is Aeon mall for shopping and for dinning. No issue in taking grab as location is near town.
