Pros:

It’s friendly and quiet. Generally clean and you can safely park your car there while you go into the islands with a cost of RM10/ day. They even provide free shuttle to and fro the jetty.

Solo traveller to Tioman
Pros:

Great location of you're getting the ferry to Tioman Island. It's only a 10 minute walk away from the Jetty. I believe they also offer a shuttle. The room was well sized and clean. Lots of restaurants around and a launderette across the street.

Walls could use a repaint

Pros:

Hôtel situé à 200m de la gare routière et 500m du centre ville.
Au calme.
Chambre simple au rez-de-chaussée
Propre. Bonne Literie.
Pour une nuit ou deux c’est parfait

Cons:

Un peu de bruit car la porte de la chambre est plus petite que son encadrement :-)

Great for one night
Pros:

Very close to the bus terminal. Also they have a free shuttle to the ferry terminal, which was very nice. The room was basic but clean. The AC worked very well, slept like a baby.

Cons:

The windows were weird little panels and not very soundproof. So the single room at least, is a bit noisy. But, only when there's people outside talking, and that was only in the early evening. The neighborhood was very quiet.
