From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The hotel will collect a refundable deposit from guests at the time of check-in.

Bila gunakan systen booking.com pihak hotel tak reserve siap2 untuk saya mahupun customer lain. Boleh pulak kasi last bilik tgkat 3 skli.sepatutnya dah booking.com online dan dah bayar duit awal.sepatutnya pihak hotel dah reserve bilik awal yang mudah untuk saya or guees nk angkut barang.xkisah la saya or guess lain cek in awal or lambat. Pros:

Hotel sangat baik, dekat dengan segala kemudahan, tempat makan, tempat berjalan, masjid.. sangat mudah terutama sekali buat family kecil.. cuma penat sikit naik tangga.. hahahaha

Bersih.location bilik di tengah2 Kwsn brinchang. Dekat dgn tempat mkn, dekat dgn centrum mall Dan Brinchang emas.

Cons:

Bilik agak sempit laluan..tidak sesuai letak 2 katil queen. Utk ke tingkat 2 tiada access lift. Sukar utk warga emas atau sesiapa yg mempunyai mslh sakit kaki..

It was good overall would book again if ever.
Pros:

I liked how cozy the room was, and how accommodating the staff were. I also slept pretty well there.

Cons:

I guess I didn't like how noisy the surroundings were...asked for a quiet room but unfortunately it wasn't sound proof. Also it takes quite a walk from the lobby so it could be difficult for elders to bring their luggages up some stairs.
