Se soubesse que o estado do hotel era esse, teria ficado em outro lugar.
Pros:

Tinham o quarto disponível qdo chegamos. Mas a TV não funcionou. Tivemos que trocar de quarto.

Cons:

Vários pontos de iluminação não funcionavam no quarto. A piscina está em más condições, com azulejos quebrados, precisando de manutenção. A TV do primeiro quarto não funcionou e tivemos que trocar de quarto. O valor cobrado foi US$ 5 a mais do que constava na reserva. No lobby tem ar condicionado mas eles não ligam pra economizar energia.

Services need to be improved for the value that it is charged at the facility.
Pros:

Breakfast is fair, Second room facilities were ok. Lunch and dinner had long serving hours. For loss of breakfast they let us stay in the hotel due to a change in flight hours.

Cons:

internet signal was intermittent but that was due to the power grid oscillation. First given to me had issue with TV and there was a major bathroom leak. Staff only did the bare minimum to satisfy the customers. Breakfast opening hours are varied for each day. The breakfast was served from 0530 to 0930 but on one day we waited up till 0700 and the dining hall was not open and we did not have breakfast. Hotel did minimum to compensate for the loss of breakfast and it was at a last moment as we shared this concern on that the day that breakfast was lost.

We had a wonderful stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The toilet was not as clean. They would do better. Dust had settled. Otherwise the rooms were nice

Not worth it for the price that was charged.
Pros:

Restaurant serves nice meals, but the breakfast is is not very good.

Cons:

The room was not very well cleaned, I found someone’s hair on the bathroom and the duvet had a mark on.
