The staff, the pool, the french toast with honey and nutella, the comfortable rooms
Location
River was dirty and street was closed to drive thru so had to go thru the village.
The room is clean and staff are nice and attentive to your needs. The food is tasty and the breakfast is great.
There is an ongoing road construction that blocks the way to the hotel. So, we have to use another route which is quite challenging.
The front desk manager Hernino was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to assist me. The hotel manager/owner Mohammed was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. He too went above and beyond to assist me with all I needed and made my stay very comfortable, upgrading my room and arranging a vehicle for me to drive around. I highly recommend Tete Palm to anyone wanting a reasonable priced well managed hotel.

Ich war zwei Mal je eine Nacht dort und habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ist wunderbar freundlich und umkümmernd. Ich habe super geschlafen weil ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Alles wunderbar sauber und frisch. Es ist praktisch weil nicht all zu weit zum Flughafen. Auch für die Durchreise nach/von Malawi mit Auto oder öffentlichen Bus ist die Lage top.
