Good overnight stay
Pros:

Good overnight stay on our way to north Namibia. We couldn’t find space in a campsite due to it being the Xmas holidays so we stayed here. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. It’s a short driving distance to the start of the sea kayaking tour. The staff was very attentive.

Cons:

It was very expensive and I’m not sure it was worth it. The carpet in my room had a few stains.

Beautiful place
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful , comfortable and right by the ocean.

Cons:

There wasn't enough parking inside, so we parked outside on the street(it was safe though). There was no swimming pool,(but they arranged for the kids to swim at a neighboring hotel)

The change in room and no refund dampened my stay and holiday such a bad experience

I paid for a superior room with a separate lounge area only to get a standard room and no refund only a fruit basket; showers need regrouting and removal of brown dirt on grouting.

Fantastic Botique Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic Boutique Hotel right opposite the lagoon where you can see the Flamingos.
Rooms are quiet and the bed is huge!
Breakfast was amazing with loads of variety. Will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at the Flamingo Villas and enjoyed morning walks along the ocean right acros
Pros:

We were surprisingly upgraded to the presidential suite which was a welcome surprise. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and my request for vegan meals was well accommodated at breakfast.

Cons:

On Christmas Day the hotel gave us complimentary wine bottles, thank you; however they should have been extra vigilant to ensure it was for adults only. Our teenage daughters were in a separate room and were also given a bottle of wine for their room.
