POOR SERVICE DURING OUR STAY

The location was good

Cons:

Their service was so poor,, and the room was not properly inspected from their manager in such a way that the room was full of mosquitoes, the toilet seat has been worn out, and the room was not tidy up during my dad and mum stay. The amount paid for the hotel doesn't worth it. I'm so disappointed that I could get these displeasure from my inlaws through the Presken Hotel Reliance, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos and
booking.com.

Closer to shopping malls and public transport

Cons:

Disruptions of customers peace in the room, when they chosed to work on the malfunctioning air-conditioning inside the room whilst customer still in, l have to standby watching till it was partially rectified. TV viewing was poor, complaints several times but still not satisfied with the outcome. Restaurant staff didn't supply tea spoons on breakfast, no proper tea cups. Loads but these are just what l could recollections. Importantly, customer services needs to improve by all staffs .
