Presken Reliance Hotel: in need of redefining itself for better and improved service to guests
Pros:

Reliance Hotel is located within a short driving distance to both the local and international airport in Lagos and other major attractions in Allen Avenue in Ikeja.

Cons:

I have had a fair share of stay at Reliance Hotel before it was purchased by Presken Hotel franchise and the facility and services were outstanding, hence, why l kept on coming back. Unfortunately, my latest stay in the new "Presken Reliance Hotel" left a bad taste in my mouth making me wonder whether the "new" Presken Reliance Hotel is really a hotel for guests who want to enjoy a good night sleep after a long day of traveling or business meeting or a night club with a brothel for it's clients with so much consistent loud music ousing out of its club downstairs and the inefficiency and laissez faire attitude of some of the staff at the hotel. At its best, Reliance Hotel played the role of a moderate hotel for traveling guests wishing to get some good sleep before continuing with their journey the next day. Unfortunately, lately it has lost that lustre making me wonder whether it is really worth it recommending or staying in this hotel turned into a noisy brothel in the future. Presken Reliance Hotel Ikeja, Lagos can do better by redefining itself and what type of clients it wants to cater to. Being a Jack of all trades and master of none has not benefited this "once-wonderful hotel".

Cons:

Mosquitoes were too much in the room, and AC was not cooling as much.

Called the reception the first day, they sent maintenance but didn’t make difference. Called the the reception the second day to complain, and she said maintenance was coming, but they never came.

The room was fine, but the environment was not good, plus the crazy noise from artisans that wakes you first thing in the morning. Hitting the wall and sorts of things.

I am very disappointed.

Above all Interesting.
Pros:

The breakfast did not meet my expectation. I stayed for 5 days and had almost same meal for breakfast. One of the days I had to stay in the restaurant for a long period before I was served .

Cons:

There should be alternatives.
The tea is poor.
