Desde que llegamos, todo fue excelente. El personal súper amable, atentos en todo momento y con una sonrisa sincera. Las instalaciones estaban impecables: limpias, bien cuidadas y con un ambiente muy acogedor. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia, cómoda y con una vista hermosa.

El lugar es bonito y ambientado como el casco de una hacienda antigua, con muchos lugares para recorrer, explorar y sobretodo que la mascota puede disfrutar con seguridad y con amplios espacios y áreas verdes
Está muy descuidado, sin servicios más que de limpieza de habitaciones. No hay comida en el restaurant, o alguna otra opción, muchas de las áreas están cerradas (museo, área de juegos, albercas) Es una lastima que se vea como abandonado. Prácticamente fuimos los únicos huéspedes el fin de semana y se siente muy solitario.
La ubicación buena, del desayuno no puedo opinar
No hicieron el aseo, y la falta de atención que tienen de los jardines donde están las cabañas.
