Rat infested location, tiny room and expensive for what you get
Pros:

Good location and it was clean in the room and in the hotel. Staff are also friendly. It’s a good location if you want to be close to the city, 6 min walk to the Lavender MRT, 3 min walk to bus stop and close to Arab St and Haji.

Cons:

If you are outside when the sun goes down the place is incredibly infested with rats and cockroaches. I have literally never seen so many rats running around in my life, right by the entrance to the hotel, coming out from the sewers and all around the surrounding buildings next door. Also it is very expensive for what you get, room is very tiny and if you are two people in a room with luggage larger than a carry on then good luck with finding space to walk anywhere. Bathroom is also tiny with no hooks so it’s hard to put your things anywhere. Place is really lacking for what you get. I have also been told by locals that this hotel is for “quick stays and you can hire it by the hour” - if you know what I mean!!!

Pros:

Hotel was fair enough. Bed was good. Location so far good.

Cons:

Just two things i can tell to improve. One is the toilet, i think ventilation was not proper so always bad smell coming and less light in room. Secondly room space so less that we can't keep our luggage suitably. Other things are ok.
