I will not recommend it, even though it is supposed to be a low price ($80 USA a nite) for singapor stds😳😠
Pros:

Location: close to the mrt lavander

Cons:

No window in the room, so you could not see the morning light, and felt claustrophobic
There were a bunch of small cocraches moving around on the tiny desk all the time
The hot water in the shower went out after just a few minutes

just a one night stop over in between flights, easy access to the city via the train and the train system is really amaz
Pros:

cheapest hotel I could find fairly close to the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Tiny little room but that's all I need especially when the price was the main factor combined with cleanliness.

Cons:

no Refrigerator.
