Cons:

Beware of misleading extra charges!

The hotel clearly states that late check-in after 11:00 PM costs an additional €15. However, I arrived at 10:40 PM, and they still tried to charge me €20!

This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Guests should not have to deal with unexpected charges that contradict the hotel’s own stated conditions.

Be careful and double-check everything before paying!

sehr Zentral bei der Therme, geräumiges Zimmer,

Cons:

Viele stinkende Wanzenkäfer am Vorhang, Spinnweben im Zimmer, ein Handtuch war nicht sauber, eventuell vom Vormieter. Kein Frühstück verfügbar.

The location is the only positive thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Cleanliness! No matter what the hotel looks like, is it old, not renovated, what are the facilities etc, BUT the cleanliness must be maintained at the highest possible level! There were cobwebs in every possible corner of the room! There were spiders everywhere. When we got home, a spider even crawled out of our belongings!

The mirrors looked like they hadn’t seen the cleaning cloth for a very long time!

We had a balcony, but it was better we didn’t open the door.

Receptorka je bila zelo prijazna in gostoljubna. Vse pohvale

Cons:

V hotelu ni na voljo enojne ekstra velike zakonske postelje, navkljub oglaševanju. Gre zgolj za združenje dveh postelj v eno veliko posteljo. Kar je škoda. Sicer so postelje zelo kakovostne.
