Hôtel magnifique personnel a former pour ce métier sinon dégradation totale de l’image de l’hôtel

Nous avons réclamé des serviettes en plus car nous sommes 2 ça n’a pas été fourni pas de tapis dans la salle de bain risque de glissade dangereux le personnel de nuit qui nous a ouvert dormait sur le canapé nous avons dû frapper fort à vitre pas professionnel du tout
