Tiene buena ubicación, el ambiente se siente muy tranquilo. Lo más bonito es que tiene acceso a la playa.
En recepción me atendió una chica, bastante amable, no tardé nada haciendo el check in, y respondió todas mis dudas.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y olía bien, el hecho de que no tenga televisión hace que disfrutes aún más el lugar y que te desconectes de la tecnología.
Considero que cierran muy temprano el portón de la entrada principal, y al regresar tarde no sabes cuánto tiempo podrías estar esperando a que te abran.
Cuando salimos a hacer nuestras actividades no entraron a limpiar la habitación, desconozco si hacen limpieza durante la estancia, en caso de que sí, en nuestra habitación no lo hicieron.

El lugar super tranquilo y acogedor con una hermosa vista al mar, los cuartos libres de televisores para despejar nuestra mente al maximo y enfocarnos en el descanso.
La comida del restaurant super buena y abuen precio con porciones adecuadas.

El lugar está bonito . Buenas ubicación amplio el cuarto muy buenas camas
No me gustó que no tiene puerta donde está el baño solo una cortina de trapo y pues se transparentar. Aparte no tiene televisión y bueno el wifi funciona si estás cerca de la oficina pero si no .no agarra y bueno ya no hablamos del personal de la cocina al momento de pagar que no tenían cambian y nos tuvieron sin mentir como más de 20 min esperando el cambio.

Poca limpieza y mucho mosquito
La relación precio-calidad es espectacular. Habitación amplia con vista al lago y gran jardín por un precio bastante módico.
Como las otras reseñas indican, no hay internet en las habitaciones y el baño tiene una cortina de ducha separándolo de la habitación. Ámbas cosas son molestas y -lo peor- son fácilmente solucionables.
A mí no me molestaron porque había leído las reseñas de los otros huéspedes y sabía que me iba a encontrar con eso. Pero igual elegí el lugar por la ubicación privilegiada y el precio.
El personal muy atento
El wifyi muy malo , los baños de las habitaciones se entiende el concepto pero se siente que estás en un baño del imss, y comprendo que por seguridad se cierra el acceso a la playa pero es frustrante querer salir a caminar a la playa y que este cerrada 6:00am

La distancia del mar!! Es un hotel totalmente inclusivo , barras , planta baja, rampas , amplio.

La ubicación frente al mar, el cuarto es más grande que un departamento de ciudad, hay un restaurant para comer justo al lado.
creo que no leen los comentarios ya que todos se quejan de que no tiene puerta el baño y yo tambien, es muy incómodo bañarse con una cortina medio transparente en un cuarto con 4 camas
