Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ottima pulizia della struttura e il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è comoda, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Abbiamo trovato molto utili anche i dispenser di acqua . Il letto era comodo e, considerando i prezzi generalmente elevati di Singapore, la struttura rappresenta sicuramente una soluzione convenient

La camera era piuttosto piccola e priva di finestre (cosa che già sapevamo). Tuttavia, per chi cerca una sistemazione economica e funzionale a Singapore, è un’ottima scelta.

Bon rapport qualité / prix pour Singapour
Pros:

Situé non loin du quartier indien et à 10 min à pied du métro, l'établissement classique hôtel était de loin le moins cher pour un trip de dernière minute. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. La chambre offre tous les services standards et une fontaine à eau était à notre étage. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Cons:

Chambre sans fenêtre, petite avec une décoration très austère.

Horrid, bug bites on everyon

The only thing that was nice about this property was the location. It was close to the Mustafa Centre. Great halal food around.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. It felt like the management cared more about protecting the hotel than making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The rules were unreasonable and overly strict. Not being allowed to eat in your own room is ridiculous, especially after a long day of traveling.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. It looks old, run-down, and honestly has a creepy, almost haunted atmosphere. The pictures online don’t reflect how outdated it feels in person.

To make matters worse, my family woke up with numerous insect bites during our stay, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. That alone made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy.

The receptionist also showed very little empathy or understanding when we had concerns. Instead of trying to help, they came across as cold and unaccommodating, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. There are many better hotels in Singapore that prioritize guest comfort, cleanliness, and customer service.
