Horrid, bug bites on everyon
Pros:

The only thing that was nice about this property was the location. It was close to the Mustafa Centre. Great halal food around.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. It felt like the management cared more about protecting the hotel than making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The rules were unreasonable and overly strict. Not being allowed to eat in your own room is ridiculous, especially after a long day of traveling.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. It looks old, run-down, and honestly has a creepy, almost haunted atmosphere. The pictures online don’t reflect how outdated it feels in person.

To make matters worse, my family woke up with numerous insect bites during our stay, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. That alone made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy.

The receptionist also showed very little empathy or understanding when we had concerns. Instead of trying to help, they came across as cold and unaccommodating, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. There are many better hotels in Singapore that prioritize guest comfort, cleanliness, and customer service.

Providing only a 3-in-1 drink sachet and a single liquid soap for all purposes is unacceptable. The situation is made worse by unfriendly and uncooperative staff who show no interest in guest satisfaction.
I would strongly not recommend this place at all.
