Ramp.. easier to roll the suitcases onto the footpath.
Also, a proper hotel pick up and drop off area in front of the hotel.

his was a completely disappointing experience. Basic hospitality standards are not met—no luggage assistance, self-service water collection, and very poor in-room amenities.
Providing only a 3-in-1 drink sachet and a single liquid soap for all purposes is unacceptable. The situation is made worse by unfriendly and uncooperative staff who show no interest in guest satisfaction.
I would strongly not recommend this place at all.

Water filter should be more easily accessible.
Room rent still a bit higher compared to the quality of the rooms.

No cab pick up point.
It is located quite near to Mustafa Mall and staff are helpful.
I booked the room for one night using booking.com.After payment booking.com issued day use and I had to pay extra 30$ to use one night stay. I complained to booking.com and it did not take any accountability for their mistake.

Beautiful authentic property. Good for one night sleep. Probably would be good for more nights if you book a room with a window. (We intentionally didn’t, just needed to get some sleep after a long flight and move on)
The location is very nice - comparing to similar priced hotels in Singapore. We enjoyed our morning walk.
Check out time is 12:00 - very convenient as well.
