Not like the rest of slovenia, more like service in Croatia : bad

Location is good, bed is ok
We loved slovenia but not this hotel

Cons:

Was not very Clean.
Staff was not nice, they were maybe angry or careless or fed up of their job! No smile, no politeness, no kindness! Nothing for tourism, they should work another job in my opinion, not in hosting guests. Or they must get some training in how to work, how to talk and how to treat guests.
Different than the rest of slovenia where poeple are friendly, smiling and helpful! Here it’s like : they don’t care! So next time put self checkin and online payment or robots maybe better. It was. Disappointing interaction with the staff.
