Hotel Opera is an affordable and neat solution for an overnight traveller.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, right in the city centre. Hotel Opera has great potential. The backyard needs some work, potentially converting it into a quiet garden, since there is enough outdoor space. Parking was available and spacious. The outdoor seating area is limited. Breakfast was great, and the space was nice and neat.

Cons:

Just the outdoor area; the rooms are a little below my expectations. The downside to the rooms is a slanted ceiling, so one has to be careful not to hit one's head. I'm sure the hotel will look into this when they next refurbish the place.

Pros:

We were visiting from the US to a small village 7 minutes from this hotel, so for us the location was great. Staff was very nice. Food was very good! The lighting for makeup in one room was not the best, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

Pros:

This is my fourth time at this little gem and as a solo traveller, this is a great, rare find.
The position is very central in a small, friendly and interesting town of Trebnje, just off the motorway. Cosy, comfortable and clean room and polite and helpful staff. I'd give you 10 stars.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war gut.

Cons:

Zimmer brauchen neue Möbel,
Die Schublade des Nachtkästchen war nicht vorhanden. Der Teppichboden benötigt unbedingt eine Erneuerung.
