A DOS PASOS DE LA PLAYA
Pros:

El apartamento es cómodo y muy bonito. La piscina es maravillosa y David fue muy amable. Está muy bien equipado y la climatización es fantástica. Está a dos minutos de la playa caminando y cerca de la zona de restaurantes.

Pros:

The pool are is nice with some shade provided. The room has a nice kitchen to make breakfast or a cold lunch. The room is spacious.

Cons:

There is a filter coffee machine. So it would have been nice to have some filters. Also salt, peper and sugar wold bee a nice addition.

Estuvimos 2 noches y las 2 noches tuvimos problemas con la luz, la primera noche se iba y volvía la luz como unas 6 veces, apagando y haciendo ruido. La segunda noche se fue la luz por
Completo, no teníamos ventilador ni nada y sufrimos un calor que no nos dejó dormir.
La propietaria nos comentó que era una cosa que pasaba a menudo y que no podía hacer más.

Good value for the money and kind, friendly people!
Pros:

We were delayed en route and requested that our reservation be transferred to the next evening. It was agreed to quickly and with friendly understanding. My wife and I were very impressed with the courtesy and understanding. We highly recommend Casa Kinich for their kindness.
It is not advertised as a luxury property. It is comfortable. The small pool had crystal clear water and everything was working in the room.
We suggest guests bring their own coffee and drinking water.
It is a very short walk to the beach and only several short blocks to the best restaurant in town, Zama.

Cons:

We have no complaints, it was enjoyable!
