Pros:

The pool are is nice with some shade provided. The room has a nice kitchen to make breakfast or a cold lunch. The room is spacious.

Cons:

There is a filter coffee machine. So it would have been nice to have some filters. Also salt, peper and sugar wold bee a nice addition.

Completo, no teníamos ventilador ni nada y sufrimos un calor que no nos dejó dormir.
La propietaria nos comentó que era una cosa que pasaba a menudo y que no podía hacer más.

Good value for the money and kind, friendly people!
Pros:

We were delayed en route and requested that our reservation be transferred to the next evening. It was agreed to quickly and with friendly understanding. My wife and I were very impressed with the courtesy and understanding. We highly recommend Casa Kinich for their kindness.
It is not advertised as a luxury property. It is comfortable. The small pool had crystal clear water and everything was working in the room.
We suggest guests bring their own coffee and drinking water.
It is a very short walk to the beach and only several short blocks to the best restaurant in town, Zama.

Cons:

We have no complaints, it was enjoyable!

Nice place for families
Pros:

Nice property with several bungalows and a pleasant central pool - great for families. The room was clean (although not cleaned during our stay) and well furnished with a small kitchen and a hamac. The property is located in a quiet area just 2 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the town center. The restaurant next door (La Palapa de Don Mauro) is probably the best one in Sisal!

Cons:

Water pressure was a bit low in the shower.
