La gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Camera sporca e incompleta. Al nostro arrivo in bagno non c'era nemmeno il sapone per le mani. Quando abbiamo fatto notare che mancavano ci hanno spiegato che la ragazza alla reception si occupa del ristorante e non dell' hotel e che in via eccezionale avevano tolto i saponi da un bagno di un altra camera per darla a noi. Purtroppo abbiamo notato sporcizia sia nel pavimento camera e anche in quello del bagno. Sembrava che non avessero finito di preparare la stanza. Personale gentile ma impreparato.

It was good stay
Pros:

The room was clean. The nearby area was beautiful, and the costumer service at the front desk was very good

Cons:

No air conditioning, but a fan. In fairness this was not an issue for April, but I dont think I would go in June/July summer time. The picture showed a kitchenette, but our room didnt have one. It turns out that the largest room for 6 that we had reserved did not have it, but the smaller (up to 4 people) deluxe room. That was not their mistake, but ours
