Excellent - Very Friendly and accomodating staff
Pros:

Central to the town of Komárno, very friendly & professional staff and comfortable rooms

Cons:

Perhpas more healthier options for breakfast would be nice, if possible, some fruit and more healthier museli options with Greek yogurts.

Pros:

raňajky boli pre nás veľkým sklamaním. Keď sme prišli približne o 8:30, väčšina ponuky už bola takmer vyjedená. Chýbalo pečivo, chlieb aj taniere. Po upozornení bol síce chlieb doplnený, avšak jeho kvalita bola veľmi nízka.

Úroveň raňajok podľa nášho názoru absolútne nezodpovedá triede a štandardu tohto hotela.

Disappointed hotel with bad breakfast!
Pros:

From this hotel, you can quickly get across the bridge to Hungary. Also, it is three minutes walking distance from the historical centre of the city Komarno

Cons:

Breakfast, I should put zero! Very limited choice! Absolutely unacceptable for such price level of hotel! At 9 o’clock everything was empty already! I believe they don’t care at all about the breakfast! During my stay they had a problem with the sewage system, therefore whole hotel floor was smelling like a toilet! Also a very present smell of cigarettes coming from casino in the corridors Room itself, it’s cheaply decorated, with limited amenities. Doors couldn’t close properly and therefore made extremely loud clutch when closing . Hotel staff outside of reception was not necessarily friendly but rather cold! Don’t care attitude! And this is my impression of this hotel. Next time definitely, I will look for some other options.
