I had the master suite, for one there is no mini fridge, no kettle, only a microwave in the lobby.
They also missed out 3 days of room cleaning so there was no water delivered or toilet roll and I had to ask.

Very noisy and it clearly annoyed other guests as well because I heard knocking.
Room is big and spacious but one other thing is, we get given recycled tv remotes and it is like playing roulette the remote might work or they might not so ask for another tv remote in their random collection.
