There is so many things to say, the staff is doesn’t care at all about the guest. They just want to charge you for everything. They won’t even help you on simple task. They won’t provide any type of solution to issues they actually make. Etc etc

Paid for 2 double rooms (4 double beds total) but ended up paying extra as “I didn’t declare the guests”, felt like a ripoff.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a prime location for the el Chepe. They provide transport between their partner hotels so you can have more experiences such as wine tasting. A cosy venue which we were very comfortable in.
It was very cold and the heater in the room did not work.

No bar or restaurant, but nearby in sister property uphill. Easy transport.
beautiful boutique hotel, reception and accomodations, shuttle to everywhere. had medical issue there and all staff, receptionist, drivers, went above and beyond to assist, including restaurant chef sending over meal. short walk to beautiful views. bus picked us up here for trip to Chihuahua.
would be nice to have coffee at this hotel without having to go to the bigger sister hotel.
