Prima, wel fors aan de prijs voor wat je ervoor krijgt.
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig en de kamer is heerlijk ruim.

Cons:

Inrichting van de kamer mag wel iets meer aandacht krijgen, vrij karig ingericht (zeg ik als architect)

De douche was niet goed in te stellen, of snoeiheet of te koud, dat vond ik echt wel teleurstellend. En tip, een softclose toilet.

Vond het raar als je 250 euro betaald voor een kamer voor 1 nacht, dat je ook nog apart toeristen belasting moet afrekenen, dit zou ik in de prijs verwerken

Pros:

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel had room service which was efficient and helpful, food was lovely. The room was very spacious, the bed was awesome, the most comfy bed I've ever slept in! The room was quiet, with a lovely view, very clean, relaxing and with everything esle we could possibly need. The staff were very friendly and super helpful when my husband was poorly. Spacious, well-equipped bathroom.

Cons:

Lovely spacious room, could have done with somewhere else to sit, an armchair and little table maybe. Nothing else to mention, all was great.

Pěkný hotel v nádherném prostředí centra Haarlemu.
Pros:

Haarlem je prostě nádherný a toto je přímo v centru. Náš pokoj byl přitom úplně klidný, veliký pokoj a extra místnost koupelna i extra záchod. Servírovaná snídaně nebyla nejlevnější, ale moc příjemné prostředí a všechno dobré. Pokud budu zase někdy v okolí, sem bych se klidně ubytoval znovu.

Cons:

V pokoji bylo trochu zima s čímž se nám nějak nepodařilo nic udělat, ale byli jsme tam jen večer a ráno zase jeli.

Great location, beautiful historic building, comfortable rooms.

The location was excellent and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

There was an issue with the restaurant setting off the fire alarm in the hotel rooms the first night, but otherwise we enjoyed the hotel.

Just location, but did not fulfill the basic need of a hotel with restful sleep.
Pros:

The location is wonderful and the heated bathroom floors were lovely.

Cons:

The staff was not very gracious when they're we're problems. The beds are tricky not comfortable. Be ready to not sleep on Friday and Saturday due to revelers in the street until 3-4am.

Slechte nachtrust door continue openwaaiend raam, kon niet fatsoenlijk dicht, maar een paar uur geslapen

Cons:

We hebben een nacht geslapen in Hotel ML in Haarlem. Het gebouw is prachtig en heeft veel karakter, maar helaas was onze ervaring teleurstellend.

Het hotel zit in een oud gebouw en dat merkten we vooral aan de ramen. In de nacht vlogen de ramen meerdere keren open door de wind en één raam kon niet goed dicht. Daardoor hebben we erg slecht geslapen.

In de ochtend hebben we dit gemeld bij de receptie, maar de reactie was erg lauw en er werd eigenlijk niets mee gedaan. Dat vonden we jammer, zeker omdat een goede nachtrust toch de basis is van een hotelverblijf.

Kortom: een mooi historisch gebouw, maar het onderhoud en de manier waarop met klachten wordt omgegaan kunnen echt beter.

Tolles Hotel in hervorragender Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen mehr Liebe bei der Einrichtung bekommen.
Hier und da ein kleiner Haken um was anzuhängen , ein kleiner Tisch, ein Regal....

Grundlegend aber alles gut.

Bel établissement ancien, cadre très agréable. Personnel attentionné, aimable. Aménagement de la chambre confortable, entretien impeccable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié servi à table.

Cons:

Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur les grandes terrasses de l’hôtel et la rue, nous étions donc au calme. Mais nous avions vu sur des murs et des hauts d’immeubles.

Geweldig verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op st Bavo in top verzorgd hotel
Pros:

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Prachtige kamer! Kregen een up date.
Alles maar dan ook alles is top verzorgd. Ontbijt en diner zijn goed verzorgd, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Heerlijk hotel in het centrum voor een redelijke prijs in het centrum van het stad.

Top locatie. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ik had hotelkamer 10 of 12, bovenaan de trap. Ik had liever een kamer iets aan de zijkant gehad, vanwege geluid. Aan de voorkant werden de bakken rond 5 uur sochtends geleegd.. of iets met vuilnis.. daardoor werd je wel wakker. Het ontbijt was super. Alleen voor mij veel te veel. Dat vind ik zonde. Misschien een kaartje dat je kan aangeven wat je wilt? En jammer dat cafe Nous dicht was. En een koelkastje op de kamer was ook wel fijn geweest.
