A really charming little hotel
Pros:

I really loved this hotel. It's very characterful - it obviously used to be a very grand Nineteenth Century town-house, and most of the original decorations are still there. The staff place candles on the first few steps of the staircase - a really nice touch. There are two lounges, one on each side of the entrance, and each has a lovely chandelier, and again, they put candles on every table. Everything about the place is quaint and charming. The staff are excellent as well. And it's very good value for what I paid.

The next time I go to Haarlem, it will be my first choice.

Wel betaald en niet mogen verblijven en geen geld terug gehad. 107.00 betaald. . Geen woorden hier voor!. Hun zeggen dat we het geld van jullie moeten ontvangen. Dus neem graag contact met mij op.

Pros:

Prachtige locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Zeer ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

We hadden een prachtige kamer maar het bed had zijn beste tijd gehad. In de avond in de bistro van het hotel gegeten, eten was ok maar gezien de verwachtingen ( er zit een michelin restaurant in het pand) heb ik wel eens beter gegeten.

Pros:

prima locatie, heel uitgebreid ontbijt met prettig personeel. In de nacht helaas bezoekers die kamer 28 zochten en voor geluidsoverlast in de hal zorgden.
