Convenient location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, convenient for the many cafes and restaurants in Haarlem and a short walk from the Railway station. Food in the hotel was excellent.

Cons:

The delux room in the attic was perhaps a little basic with bare wood floor and no carpet or rugs on the cold floor.
The sash window was broken, the ropes on the balance weights had frayed and cut and was heavy to open and had to be propped open with a piece of wood. Closing it was dangerous with the risk of guillotining my fingers.

The hotel was in a pedestrian area which was great but for the fact that young E bike riders think it's a race track and ride very fast. I witnessed several collisions with pedestrians.

A comfortable little hotel with a real period atmosphere.
Pros:

This is the second time I stayed here. The staff are so attentive - nothing is too much trouble for them.

I suddenly became unwell and had to fly home early, which meant booking another flight, but unfortunately, I had left my Android tablet on the train before flying out. This meant the whole booking had to be made with the computer at the reception. The receptionist was very busy, as it was the peak time for evening meals at the hotel's restaurant, but she managed to get me a flight back. That is really excellent service.

The Hotel ML is definitely a place where you're well looked after.

Lovely stay with delicious breakfast. Bed could be firmer.
Pros:

centralized location, delicious and generous breakfast, rooms were pretty clean with no dust bunnies under the bed. it felt very local and the hotel was accommodating to ensure my room and my mother’s room were next to each other.

Cons:

The room was sizable and plenty of space! The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I prefer firmer beds and I also think my box spring was broken. I didn’t change my room because I wanted my room to stay next to my mom’s room as she is elderly. The walls in my room could use a dusting as well.

Pros:

Su ubicación céntrica.
El desayuno completo pero servido de forma extraña: primero el café y lo dulce y después lo salado y los huevos.

Cons:

El hotel no se corresponde para nada con un hotel de 4* y su precio no está acorde con lo que ofrece. En nuestra habitación se escuchaba el ruido de la entrada y del suelo de la habitación de arriba; el parquet y la mesa estaban hechos un desastre. Dos camas muy pequeñas. La mesa de la zona de desayuno vieja....
En general le falta una renovación al hotel!
En fin una vez y no más!

Prima, wel fors aan de prijs voor wat je ervoor krijgt.
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig en de kamer is heerlijk ruim.

Cons:

Inrichting van de kamer mag wel iets meer aandacht krijgen, vrij karig ingericht (zeg ik als architect)

De douche was niet goed in te stellen, of snoeiheet of te koud, dat vond ik echt wel teleurstellend. En tip, een softclose toilet.

Vond het raar als je 250 euro betaald voor een kamer voor 1 nacht, dat je ook nog apart toeristen belasting moet afrekenen, dit zou ik in de prijs verwerken
