Duzenbaz guvenilmez bir yer..Verdikleri oda temizlenmesini.. saat gece yarısı 12.30 da birkaç saat uyumak icin tutmuştuk..yetkilisi odaya çağırdık, kirli havlular yatağın üstüne atılmış, çöpler dolu, yatak daginikti...öncesinde de revizyon ofisini bulamamış tesisin önünde defalarca mesaj atmıştık.. yarım saat kapıda araçta bekledik..meger az otemizdeymis ama burada sorun mesajlara donmemeleriydi..ilgili kişi mesajların gelmediğini söyledi.. neyse başka oda vermeyi teklif etti ben de cok yorgun oldugumu ve bu davranışlarının keyfimi kaçırdığını kalmak istemediğimi rezervasyon iptali olmadığını söyledim.. ben kendim sizin icin yapicam kusura bakmayın dediler ve teşekkür edip çıktık eşimle. 4 gun oldu iptal etmediler ve mesajla sorduğumda iptalsiz rezervasyon yaptınız diye cevap yazmışlar...cok kızgınım.. Bu bir terbiyesizlik ve dolandırıcılık...

Heerlijk verblijf midden in de stad!
Pros:

Fijne locatie midden in de stad, prachtige ruime kamer, kreeg ook nog een upgrade. Heel stil (kamer achterzijde). Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Parkeren is prijzig maar dat hoort erbij met een locatie in het centrum.

A really charming little hotel
Pros:

I really loved this hotel. It's very characterful - it obviously used to be a very grand Nineteenth Century town-house, and most of the original decorations are still there. The staff place candles on the first few steps of the staircase - a really nice touch. There are two lounges, one on each side of the entrance, and each has a lovely chandelier, and again, they put candles on every table. Everything about the place is quaint and charming. The staff are excellent as well. And it's very good value for what I paid.

The next time I go to Haarlem, it will be my first choice.
