Location was great.
The sofa bed was dirty and broken.
The location was excellent. The photograph shows a balcony that looks like it’s off of the main street, but the rooms are accessed by the alley, and our view looked over the parking lot. Still, the apartment was beautifully appointed, still with Christmas decorations, which was great. Very clean. It worked perfectly for our group.
The kitchen is well appointed, and I wish that we had been prepared to utilize it more.
Just be prepared, the stairs from the back alley are dingy and well worn. They don’t reflect the apartments themselves and are utilized by the stores that occupy the same building down below
The location was perfect, right In town walking distance for everything.
Since you're right in town you hear all the deliveretrucks and the parking spot in the back alley was so small we could not fit our truck.
The location is absolutely amazing. You're right in the center of town, steps away from food, fun, and just around the corner from the famous lights! It was so clean, decorated for Christmas complete with a tree, and even has a nice fireplace with logs provided. Private reserved parking is such a fantastic perk. Beds were comfy, bathroom was big enough, kitchen had what we needed - I have no complaints.
We had the queen suite which I knew when I booked did not have the great balcony view of the city lights. Instead, we had a view of the parking lot. But honestly this is not a big negative, I think it is actually probably quieter not having windows facing the busy street side. So really, nothing negative.
Very spacious, clean and location was amazing. Parking spot was a bonus.

There is only one parking spot for a two bedroom condo. It took a bit of work to find overnight parking.

Having the full size washer and dryer was good, just make sure you check the lint trap before you run the dryer...it was VERY full when we used it.
BE VERY AWARE - if your party will have more than one vehicle, there is no overnight parking on the streets or in any lot in the city of Leavenworth. I called and texted the host/manager for suggestions and never received any response to either forms of communication. We saw a sheriff parked by the rangers station and asked him, he suggested one of the two Park and Ride lots but we were skeptical since they are both posted No Overnight Parking. We ended up parking in the Cashmere Bank lot as it was post "for customers only during business hours". We were also told some people park in the residential areas but the city parking website specifically asks you not to out of respect to the residents. We saw tow trucks removing unauthorized vehicles from spots in lots marked for specific inns.
As far as the parking spot at the building, for reference, the vehicle we parked there was a Ford Bronco Sport and that would be the maximum length I would attempt.
Location, location , location! Also the suite was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Two couples or a family of four could comfortably stay here.
The parking was extremely tight.
The two very steep flights of stairs going into the suite were a great challenge to two 70 year old women with bad knees.
Perfectly located in the heart of Leavenworth, close to shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated.
Unbelievable location! The parking spot is a big deal too. The apartment was very clean and nice amenities with thoughtful touches. Two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each. TVs in both bedrooms. Full kitchen, dining table, and living room.
The mattresses were not the most comfortable. And the sofa bed was broken so you can't use that as a bed. There is quite a long stairway to climb, which didn't bother us but guests should be aware.
Everything. Great location. Spacious. Great condition. Very nice management.
Stairs. 19 to the landing + 17 to the unit. Doable for us, but not great for all. It has to be disclosed.
