Great get-away
Pros:

We had a great suite with plenty of space. Spa was very good after a day of hiking. Super friendly and helpful personnel.

Amazingly friendly staff
Pros:

The staff is the greatest value of this hotel. They were so kind, so helpful and nice, beyond anything I have experienced anywhere before. Our 2y old daughter had some special needs neither of them was of no problem to arrange.
Besides, I must underline the cleaness, comfortable parking right outside the entrance, quiet small hotel park and garden and decent wellness and spa.

Cons:

My single room just under the slopy roof was quite small, I had to creep into my bed.

Vo všeobecnosti bol pobyt výborný
Pros:

Skvelá veľkosť izby aj kúpeľne. Izba mala klimatizáciu.
Hotel nemá výťah - nám to nevadilo.
Nádherný a čistý wellness. Takmer ako z obrázka.
Personál na úrovni.

Cons:

Na raňajkách mi chýbal kávovar- kava bola vopred urobená a liala sa ako čaj.

Pros:

Raňajky OK

Cons:

Nepochopil som, čo vlastne znemenajú 4. hviezdičky v hoteli.
Po zaplatení na bookingu som mal mať raňajky pre celú rodinu na týždeň v cene. Raňajky pre deti hotel neuznal, moju dodatočnú platbu vykompenzoval hotel Welnesom.

Pros:

Wellnessbereich und der Außenbereich mit dem wunderschönen Garten sind außergewöhnlich schön, sauber und komfortabel
Das Restaurant hat durchgehend geöffnet und das Essen ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist pro Person nur auf eine Stunde begrenzt.
Das Zimmer war von der Beleuchtung her nicht optimal und bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer teilweise sehr staubig, würde aber sofort nach dem Hinweis geputzt.

Pros:

Hotel má veľmi peknú lokalitu, príjemné prostredie a izba bola čistá a pekná. Veľkým plusom je aj wellness, ktorý sme si užili.

Cons:

Počas nášho pobytu bolo vonku až 36 °C a izba sa vyhriala približne na 30 °C. Izba nemala klimatizáciu, čo bolo pri takýchto teplotách veľmi nepríjemné a výrazne to znižovalo komfort pobytu.

Ďalším mínusom bola výmena uterákov – počas troch dní nám ich nevymenili. Uteráky sme pritom používali aj vo wellness, takže ich výmena by bola určite potrebná.

Raňajky nás tiež sklamali. Výber bol pomerne malý a už okolo 9:00 zostali na stole len približne 3 kúsky šunky a 5 kúskov salámy, pričom syr už nebol vôbec. Očakávali by sme, že počas raňajok bude jedlo priebežne dopĺňané.

Najväčším negatívom však bolo veľké množstvo múch v reštaurácii. Muchy lietali a lozili aj po jedle, čo bolo veľmi nepríjemné a z hygienického hľadiska to na nás pôsobilo zle.

Jedlo a wellness s bazénom boli super. Príjemný personál a krásna relaxačná záhrada.

Cons:

Hluk z hlavnej cesty hlavne počas dňa. Inak som bola spokojná.

But AC was not wprking just circulating hot temperature. We stayed just for one night and boyfriend could not sleep. We opened windows to cool but there was no mosqitos protect on windows so we are all biten

Príjemné ubytovanie
Pros:

Veľmi príjemný hotel s krásnou záhradou v prerobenej budove s historickým nádychom. Oceňujem Wellness s veľkým bazénom, v ktorom sa dá dobre zaplávať v cene pobytu.
Raňajky boli chutné s dostatočným výberom vo forme bufetu.
V okolí je možné vychutnať si krásy prírody, využiť kúpanie na tajchoch, ale vyraziť do nádhernej Banskej Štiavnice.

Cons:

Na izbe je síce minibar, privítal by som však kávovar.
Na raňajkách je k dispozícii iba instantná káva, za (nie najmenší) poplatok je však možné dostať aj skvelú kávu.
