Exellent vacation.
Pros:

For a few days, we were the only guests at the hotel; everything was running smoothly and we were never turned away from any of the facilities (restaurant, spa, etc.). The staff were very friendly. The mattresses were comfortable and it was very quiet around the hotel, so we could sleep with the windows open. An excellent location with mountain views, close to the forest. There is plenty to do within a 50 km radius. It’s easiest to get around by car, although we did see some city buses too.

Cons:

There was no wine list, so we had to ask the waiter every time😀

Krásna príroda a poloha hotela, chutné raňajky, milý personál, dobrá cena za ubytovanie, vynášanie koša a doplnenie hygienických potrieb na izbe každý deň.

Cons:

Veľmi mäkké a vŕzgajúce matrace na posteli, chýbala kanvica na izbe, slabé osvetlenie na izbe a v kúpeľni.

Pros:

El estar cerca de una estacion de esqui le da su encanto y unas vistas preciosas. Despertar rodeada de naturaleza es una pasada.

Był to mój pierwszy pobyt w hotelu, zorganizowany z okazji moich urodzin. Pobyt był fantastyczny i spełnił moje wszelkie oczekiwania. Dziękuję bardzo Pani recepcjonistce, która w dniu przyjazdu przywitała nas uśmiechem a jej życzliwość towarzyszyła nam przez cały pobyt. Serdecznie polecam.

A felvonó közelsége és egyébként szép tiszta szobák voltak.

Cons:

Az volt az érzésünk, hogy mindenért szeretnének még plusz pénzt kérni. A vacsora nagyon túlárazott nem is volt annyira nagy választék, többi napon inkább máshol vacsoráztunk. Reggeli rendben volt, de semmi extra. A wellness külön fizetős és max 2 órára lehet foglalni. Törölközőt, köntöst nem adnak csak külön pénzért azt is. A kinti medence nagyon hideg volt, használhatatlan nekünk, a szauna részleg sem volt túl extra. Hideg volt a pihenő szobákban is. A személyzetnek fogalma sem volt arról, hogy mi a glutén és laktózérzékenység, ami egy picit furcsa manapság. Szóval nekünk kicsit csalódás volt.
