Villas Eco-Románticas Kúuch Ka´anil

Los accesos al hotel son horribles, una carretera de arena casi impracticable de los socavones que tiene, el primer día quisimos darnos la vuelta porque pensábamos que no podía tener un hotel tan mal acceso. El baño está al aire libre, nos coincidió época de frío y no nos pudimos duchar por la noche. Esta lejos del centro de Bacalar

Bei der Lage muss einem bewusst sein, dass ein Taxi notwendig ist für den Transport (Fahrrad und zu Fuss schlecht erreichbar). Ansonsten wirklich schöne Lage direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Zugang (Steg und kleiner Rasenstrand).

No hay nada que no me guste, pero como crítica constructiva, mejoraría los servicios de las cabañas.
La ducha tiene poca presión y tarda en salir agua caliente. Las almohadas de las camas no son del todo cómodas. Pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia.
Necesitaría servicios de self-service. Máquinas expendedoras de café, refresco y cervezas, así como Snacks para los horarios que no hay restaurante que es de 09:00 PM a 08:00 AM.

El estado de mantenimiento de la cabaña y el difícil acceso al hotel (esto último es común a todos los de esta zona concreta).

Attenzione alla strada sterrata per arrivarci. Ma non fatevi intimidire, ne vale la pena!

The huts are simple but not very well maintained or cleaned. The floor in the room doesn’t seem to be cleaned before our arrival. The mosquito net is broken in various areas so not very useful.
The fact that is eco doesn’t mean that needs to be poorly serviced, especially if the price is quite higher than other similar locations.
The position on the lagoon is amazing, so much potential, but even if ideas were great, like the hammock to relax in the water, that was broken and really poor looking. Shame as it could have been a superb experience. We specifically chose it as was more expensive and we were expecting a special experience.

The restrooms, my parents restroom smelled horribly it did not have proper ventilation and made it hard for them to avoid the smell.

The rooms were so close to each other and with gaping holes in structure you could here everybody around you. When they shower, sit on the little veranda chatting or having sex. There is no coffee facilities in your room. The matrass was very hard and the mosquito nets were not closing all the way around. We had not a great view as we were at the back of the rows of bungalows. we stayed for 3 nights and the cupboards were not suitable to unpack our suitcases.
We booked via the app and when you want to do payment on this property you have 2 options, pay now or pay later with added cost to your bill. The option to pay now does not work and you have to pay the extra and that is how they make more out of you. We were very upset but be aware of there schemes.
The road was bad and need some upkeep.

Food offer needs improvement

The bedsheets were old and cheap and the mosquito net was not actually functional as it did not close completely. There was an unpleasant odour from the bathroom sink. The lights from the path outside shone through the window slats and wallboards at night which was distracting when trying to sleep. No major complaints, just a few little things to consider.
