Pros:

Great value for money! Laundry was good, close-ish to the airport. Clean and comfortable. Driver service to/from the airport was good.

Cons:

We had a lot of mosquitos on our first floor room. When we moved to the second floor it was good.
No elevator which was fine for us but good to know.
There aren't much restaurants in the area, need to take a 10 min tuktuk to the center where the other hotels and restaurants are.

Personnel très accueillant souriant chaleureux et professionnel tout particulièrement aux deux réceptionnistes Fania et Laurelle et aux deux gardiens de nuit.
Séjour de 3 nuits passées au sein de ce bel établissement, la chambre était grande, propre, confortable, literie de qualité.
Service de lingerie à recommander si on souhaite faire laver ses vêtements.
Bon emplacement en centre ville

Hotel i pokoje byly čisté,dobře vybavené,nechali jsme si i vyprat,první pobyt super

Cons:

Při návratu a tedy druhém pobytu v hotelu,nám bylo sděleno,že druhý pokoj nemají, ikdyž vše bylo potvrzené přes Booking.Museli nám najít náhradní adekvátní ubytování,dalo jim to praci,ale našli.Velké mínus "recepční"vůbec neuměla anglicky,takže přes překladač.Tento hotel není důvěryhodný

Pros:

Thank you — we loved the property. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is bright, clean, and beautifully furnished; we especially enjoyed the comfy bed and the well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
