Pros:

직원들은 매우 친절하고, 매일 방을 깨끗하게 청소해주었습니다. 와이파이도 잘 됩니다. 타나 한인숙소 사장님이 추천해주셨는데 매우 만족합니다. 아침 일찍 도착했는데도 체크인을 해줬어요. 그리고 무엇보다 마다가스카르에서 에어컨 있는 숙소 찾기 쉽지 않은데 에어컨이 있습니다. 쾌적하고 냄새도 안 났어요! 모론다바는 툭툭이도 많고 딱히 해변가에 숙소를 잡을 필요성을 잘 모르겠어요. 다음에 모론다바에 간다면 또 셀렉트에 묵을 것 같습니다!

삼박사일 묵는동안 첫 날에 바퀴벌레 한마리가 나왔지만 직원들이 금방 조치를 취해주었습니다~ 그것빼곤 다 만족해요

Pros:

Initialement prévu de rester 1 nuit , nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet établissement propre et chaleureux.
Accès à la piscine appréciable.
Le restaurant du select hôtel est juste à côté et de très bonne qualité..

Correct mais sans plus
Pros:

La piscine propre, les grandes chambres la climatisation et ventilateur

Cons:

La nonchalance qui règne, les réceptionnistes se cachent derrière leur comptoir , accueil moyen, arnaque du taxi pour 200 mètre à faire depuis la gare routière de soatrans merci au veilleur de nuit 25 000 ary pour 200 m alors que en info il me certifié que l hôtel était loin de la gare ....je n' ai pas testé la restauration indépendante de l' hotel ..

Pros:

Pool heavenly, some English channels ie BBC and el Jazeera. Good shower and lockup wardrobe to put valuables.

Cons:

On arrival from airport we were greeted with receptionist saying there was no vacancies although I had booked a week earlier in booking com and it was confirmed. She kept insisting there was no room and offered a room at Havana hotel a sister hotel 1 klm away which had no pool. I argued for 15 minutes and eventually our room materialized! Seems there was an Indian wedding there that week and they u wanted the entire hotel. Was pretty annoyed as we had flown in from USA and we're pretty tired. But all ended up OK.

Excellent price, staff a bit weird, good restaurant
Pros:

For what it was it was an amazing price.
The restaurant next door was really good.

Cons:

The lady wouldn’t let us checkout at the correct time of midday because it was fully booked the next day. She didn’t seem bothered about it.
Property needs an update and upkeep but I would stay again. Didn’t use the pool

Good for silence, remote work and visiting the surroundings while in Morondava
Pros:

- after what i mentioned in a previous review I just need to add one thing - if you care for peace and silence that's def a good pick too as there is no noise from the street, barking dogs, or farm animals- a big plus for this as well

Overall okay but watch out while paying the bills
Pros:

- in general exceeded my expectations regarding comfort
- clean and spacious, AC included in the price
- wifi working really well for all the time which is rare for Madagascar so from my experience I can highly recommend staying here if you care for good connection (it was possible to handle multiple few-hours long video calls!!! with almost no interruptions)
- warm water 24/7

Cons:

- what I didn't like is some of the staff trying to cheat on tourist regarding the payments (whenever you want to pay in ariary which is the national currency of Madagascar!) they keep showing you a higher price than it is mentioned on booking while convering the usd/eur to their currency, they also count the money making "mistakes" when giving you back the change hoping you'll won't notice
- at the same time exchange rate they offer for dollars is below any fair minimum, clearly trying to force you just to pay in eur in cash or more than it shows in ariary so they can grab the "tip"
