Ich habe mich während drei Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel Park

Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo úžasné a služby na vysokej úrovni. Personál milí a vždy nápomocný. Strava bola veľmi chutná a raňajky bohaté. Wellness sme si užili. Určite sa zas radi vrátime.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество, но есть что улучшить для того, чтобы говорить о 4 звездах.
Pros:

Отель достаточно аккуратный, но мебель и ковровое покрытие создают ощущение более низкого уровня отеля, хотя ремонт достаточно новый. Парковка прямо возле входа, но важно знать, что парковка не входит в стоимость при бронировании на booking. (стоит, к слову не дорого - 6 евро в день). В стоимость входит пользование басейном, но сауна оплачивается отдельно - 12 евро с человека, плюс 5 евро за пользование халатом. Завтрак достаточно хороший, но приходить лучше рано в 07.00-07.30, после 08.00 уже людно и начинаются перебои с блюдами. Очень вкусные шоколадные круассаны! В 5 мин от отеля есть BILLA (продуктовый), чуть дальше Lidl и др. удобное расположение. 12 мин ехать до Veľký Choč, 10 мин до замка Oravsky Hrad.

Cons:

Несколько моментов, которые я бы хотел улучшить:
- подушки уже требуют замены - очень не удобно спать, они растекаются по кровати.
- неприятно обнаружить, что такие услуги как халат, сауна не включены и требуют оплаты. Вообще странно себя чувствуешь приходя в Wellness zone, которая и так не очень большая, что можно только поплавать в небольшом и мелком бассейне.
- оплаты небольшие в сравнении, но проблема с коммуникацией этого - при заезде сказали, что паркинг включен, а при оплате добавили к стоимости, на ресепшн сказали, что можно пользоваться wellness, а позже непосредственно перед входом говорят, что надо оплачивать отдельно.
