Pros:

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet på 2 netter. Hotellet ligger sentralt med dagligvarebutikk, kjøpesenter og restauranter like i nærheten.
Komfortabel seng, god frokost og god lydisolering. noe vi satte stor pris på siden ungdommer kjørte rundt med motorsykler sent på kvelden.

Cons:

Ventilasjon på rommet kunne vært bedre, både tilluft og avtrekk virket svært svakt.

Misleading listing and very poor value for money
Cons:

The room was extremely small (shockingly small—even by Venice standards), dated, worn and had an unpleasant smell on arrival. There is no air conditioning, and the room felt poorly ventilated. During the night it became so stuffy that we had to wake up to open the window. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with exposed plumbing behind the toilet, a cheap plastic waste bin and a wall-mounted soap dispenser identical to those commonly found in public restrooms. This is not simply a matter of an older hotel; it reflects a lack of investment and attention to detail.

Although reception closes at 22:00, the digital self-check-in and key system made our late arrival straightforward, and we appreciated that. However, as soon as we entered the building, it was immediately apparent that the hotel was considerably older than it appeared on the Booking listing. There is no lift, the corridors and common areas are dated, and the hotel has a tired atmosphere with a noticeable smell.

What I found particularly surprising was the contrast between the modern digital check-in system and the condition of the accommodation. After staying in many hotels over the years, I cannot recall another where the investment in technology contrasted so sharply with the state of the rooms.

Based on the accommodation we received, the hotel’s overall rating was difficult to reconcile with our experience.

We never met any reception staff. Check-in was completed through the digital key system and check-out through an online link. However, the staff in the breakfast area were genuinely kind and welcoming.

We paid approximately €150 for one night, advertised as reduced from around €180. At that price, the value for money was poor.

My recommendation is straightforward: the Booking listing should accurately represent the accommodation guests are likely to receive, with representative photos of every room category so they can make an informed decision before booking.
