Excellent hotel near airport
Pros:

This hotel is close to the airport and there is nearby shopping and a few restaurants. The hotel has automated vending machines in case you want snacks. Staff was very helpful upon check in and setting up free shuttle to airport.

Cons:

The windows were dirty as in they haven't been power washed in years. I missed a nice sunset from the great view of my room because of the dirty windows.

Excellent breakfast service!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet is excellent. They serve 2 type of milk, low fat and full cream. There are 3 type of coffee, 1 pot coffee, and 2 coffee machine (include espresso and latte). The egg station let you customise omelette. The nasi of nasi lemak is creamy, can taste the santan (rare to get post COVID). The sausage is crunchy (not typical store bought type). There are more excellent things about breakfast. To keep it short, it's worth waking up early on a rainy day

Cons:

We are curious about the swimming pool operation time and the staff who pick up the phone hang up before we can ask more questions.

Fantastic, clean, luxureous and affordable hotel

Very clean! Good shuttle service to airport.

Cons:

Not easy to walk from airport to hotel. We did not know how to order the shuttle service upon arrival.

pada pandangan saya, staff hotel memberikan layanan yang sangat bagus .Dari hari pertama saya menginap di hotel, staff telah banyak membantu saya Dan bersabar dalam menjawab pertanyaan saya.

Dari aspek kebersihan, bilik sangat kemas Dan bersih. karpet tidak berbau hapak, toiletries disediakan dengan baik.

bagi restaurant pula, makanan sedap Dan servis juga bagus, bagi seseorang yang mempunyai Salah seorg family yang agak memilih makanan,makanan di hotel raia menepati citarasanya. namun bagi memantapkan lagi servis restaurant, saya mencadangkan agar servis boleh dipercepatkan Dan lebih uniformity (portion makanan sentiasa sama , tidak berbeza )

Sehr gute Unterkunft neben dem Flughafen
Pros:

Grossartiges Frühstück. Kein Wunsch bleibt unerfüllt. Man kann auch untertags etwas zu essen aus der Küche haben und auch die Roomservice Karte bietet eine gute Auswahl. Die meisten Punkte bekommt das Personal. Hilfsbereit, freundlich und verständnisvoll.

Cons:

Der unterkühlte Speisesaal. Das Essen ist im Nu kalt. Man kann nicht zu Fuss zum Flughafen, obwohl er gerade gegenüber vom Hotel ist.
