Ottima posizione, vista fantastica sul fiordo più famoso di Norvegia.
Ho prenotato l'appartamento con 1 camera per non avere la cucina condivisa con altri ospiti, non pensavo che invece avrei avuto il bagno in una cantina a "soli" 5 metri dalla porta di ingresso, uscendo fuori anche la notte per utilizzarlo.
In generale l'appartamento non è come presento nelle foto: non c'è il legno sui muri (come da foto) ma solo mattoni verniciati alla meglio; non c'è un vero e proprio divano (come da foto) ma solo 2 poltrone di dubbia comodità; dire che la cucina è essenziale è un complimento, visto che mancano o non si chiudono gli sportelli; né un tappeto né un quadro, la porta cigola e si chiude male, riscaldamento solo in una stanza.
Infine purtroppo, per quanto sia all'apparenza amichevole il proprietario, ho avuto problemi relativi al pagamento, dato che non mi ha in nessun modo rilasciato la ricevuta dei 3 pagamenti (triplicando le spese e le commissioni) che ho dovuto fare direttamente sul posto e insinuando che non mi fidassi dei suoi conti.
Pessima esperienza, meglio prenotare le camere ai piani alti.

This B&B was located up the hill from town and far from the cruise ships. There was a beautiful view from the porch and kitchen. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Ian was a friendly and accommodating host. We loved it.
We likes that it was located above the busy town. It was quiet and uncrowded. Ian was a gracious host and we had access to the shared kitchen for the three rooms.

Verten var hyggelig men i overkant pratsom, litt vanskelig å komme fra innimellom men på en noe sjarmerende måte.

The Host is king and the view is stunning, perfect location for hiking.
The view from the communal kitchen window in the second floor was priceless. And the plot of land on which this accomodation was located was absolutely superb. The air was very clean, thus we had a good nights sleep. The roar of the waterfalls in the area had a sleep-inducing effect. Although we rarely used the communal kitchen facilities during our stay, we got a positive impression of the kitchen. The breakfast voucher scheme with the neighboring hotel was a good solution, and we were satisfied with the breakfast.
This was not a hotel, but an accommodation in a bedroom with a private bathroom, in the house of a private couple. The house was old and crooked, the garden was only partially maintained, and the parking on site was a bit disorganized. There was no reception, so you had to ring the doorbell of the owners to check in and out. For this type of accommodation, the price was high, compared to what I have paid for similar places in the past.

El alojamiento es muy lindo, amplio, cómodo y confortable. Se encontraba limpio, bien equipado, correctamente calefaccionado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía agradable. La decoración es cuidada, los ambientes son acogedores y el anfitrión fue muy amable, cordial y predispuesto. No obstante, ello no modifica el hecho de que el baño privado se encontrara fuera de la habitación, circunstancia que no fue informada de manera clara al momento de efectuar la reserva.
Al momento de efectuar la reserva, para nosotros era un requisito indispensable que el baño fuera privado y estuviera ubicado dentro de la habitación, ya que esa característica fue determinante para elegir el alojamiento. Sin embargo, al llegar constatamos que, si bien el baño era de uso privado, se encontraba fuera de la habitación, siendo necesario salir de ella y recorrer un pasillo para acceder al mismo. Esta circunstancia no se correspondía con nuestras legítimas expectativas al momento de contratar. Por ello, consideramos que la publicación en Booking debería indicar de manera clara, expresa e inequívoca que el baño privado se encuentra fuera de la habitación, a fin de evitar inducir a error a los consumidores y permitirles tomar una decisión de contratación debidamente informada.
