Fantastisk location.
Pros:

For rundt 3000,- natten oppleves det som rart å få servert plastkanne med vann til middag. Jeg ble aldri spurt om jeg ønsket a la carte, men endte på automatikk i buffet, da jeg bestilte bord. Restaurant og service lever ikke opp til prisnivå. Ingenting feil med personale, de var høflige og flinke. Men den prisen forventer jeg et annet nivå enn plastkanne og buffet

Veldig fornøyd og kommer mer enn gjerne igjen.
Pros:

Middag og frokost var helt ypperlig. Et flott opphold med god service og hyggelig betjening. Vi feiret 30 års bryllupsdag :)

We enjoyed Loen scenery and via ferrate climb and Alexandra room ang gym/hot tub facilities!
Pros:

Location in Loen is great for outdoor enthusiasts, and very close to Loen Active for the via Ferrata climb and the Mt Hoven gondola.

Also loved the hot tub and gym facilities!

Cons:

Dinner and breakfast buffets are a lowlight. Would much prefer cook to order restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast.

Burde vært billigere, med tanken på plasseringen av hotellet. Ingen resturanter osv i gåavstand.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful view.
Pros:

The room face Faleidfjord ,the view is very beautiful.There is a large swimming pool in the hotel but we missed it because it was closed after dinner.The dinner is buffet and there are so many food ,one of the best during our stay in Norway.

Cons:

The swimming pool could stay open a little longer. It would be nice to use it after dinner.
