Nice place. Great staff. Useless and time consuming check in

Cons:

Check in procedure is a disaster. No information and you needed to call someone to get and guide you. Even Google map took you to the wrong place (the old reception) as it had not been updated. Not professional.

Suitene er som en litt sliten Airbnb. Bra kvalitet på seng og soverom, men små bad som ikke står i stil til en suite. Trolig bedre å booke en Airbnb og finne en café for frokosten.

Traumhaft schön... das Hotel und die Umgebung!

Die Lage am Hafen ist wunderschön, das Hotel hat wirklich Charme und ist auf jeden Fall das Richtige, wenn man einmal eine etwas andere Unterkunft möchte, als die eher "typisch" modernen Hotels. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist sehr groß. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön zu jeder Tageszeit und man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel einfach sehr wohl. Risör ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, ideal zum Bummeln, wandern/erkunden oder einfach zum Sitzen und auf's Meer schauen. Wir werden ganz sicher sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Sentral beliggenhet. Flott frokostrestaurant, nydelig frokost.

Cons:

Høy pris i forhold til standard. Suiten var romslig, men slitt. TV og lys i stuedel virket ikke, dette ble imidlertid kompensert økonomisk.

Wonderful stay, plenty of room for a family.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in Risør. They were very accommodating of our late check in. We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom suites, which is a separate apartment next to the reception building. It was extremely spacious, well appointed and had absolutely everything needed. The included breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend a stay here.

Suiten var veldig bra, DS Cresco. Gode senger, rent og fint. Og en alldeles skjønn frokost, stille og rolig, og veldig koselig betjening. Anbefales.
